Light and Sound Expenment

This afternoon LS1 Room 5 went to the reserve and did an experiment. We needed to put our hands up when we heard the clapper. We made a long line beside the water. Ms Kirkpatrick was at one end. When she clapped the sound travelled down the line. We saw the clapper before we heard the sound because light travels faster then sound.

My Opinion

This week we needed to decide in our thinking groups if we should or shouldn't have prize giving. 

We decided that we should have prize giving. 

Different Opinions

In our thinking groups we looked at a text that has different opinions. The issue should we have prize giving? We looked at the vocabulary and found some definitions. We talked about our own opinions. We wrote down one reason we should and one reason we shouldn't have prize giving.
