Dancing Mat Typing
I completed a can-do that is called Dancing Mat Typing. It helps me to type a bit more fast with out looking down to my keyboard.

I completed the subtraction speed demon challenge.
I score 100/100 my timer was 5 minutes and 55 second.
Next time I will try to beat 5 minutes and 55 second.

Today I read a fiction book called Letters for Mr James.
Then I read the whole page.
The book was about Mr James never gets any letters. The man at the shop told the banker poor Mr James never gets any letter so the banker told her childrens and the next day the kids write letters for Mr James.
I enjoyed reading this book because it about Mr James never gets any letters.

Persuasive speech Plan
First I needed to pick a topic for my persuasive speech. My topic for my persuasive speech is why we should use less plastic. Then I wrote what my argument was and my argument is we should use less plastic because if we throw plastic bags or coffee cups in the ocean the sea animals will die.
Next I wrote my reasons why we should use less plastic.
Last I got my reasons from a website and linked it to my persuasive speech plan.
I enjoyed writing facts about why we should use less plastic.

Water Safety
First we did a line arm stroke. To do a line arm stroke you have to put your head in the front and your arms are in the middle of you. Then we moved on to the next activity.
Next we did an arm circle. An arm circle is when you are facing the bottom of the water and your hands are going above you well your swimming. The next activity we did was a dolphin dive
Lastly, we did a dolphin dive. To do a dolphin dive you have to have your arm together and straight and go underneath the water and slowly come up.
I enjoyed learning about swimming.

Brain Stoming
First I brainstormed ideas for our speech. We watched two videos about persuasion text. Then we wrote our ideas in the table (chart).
Next I wrote 5 ideas about 3 different category . The 3 different category were yourself, the school, and the world.
Lastly we had to highlight the ideas that we know a lot and we don't know that much about. Green means that you know a lot about. Yellow means that you don't know that much about and red means that you don't know much about.
The experience was amazing because I brain stormed ideas to make a persuasion.
